In order to gain access to specific 区域 across the UHCL campus and 在Pearland的UHCL, all members of the community can fill out the online access request form located below. You will need to have an active UHCL email account in order to use this form. 联系 the Support Center at 281-283-2828 if you need help with your UHCL email account.

Once the form is submitted by clicking the “submit key request” button located at the bottom of the form, it is then sent via email to the Police Department Technical 服务 Division and your College’s / Department’s security delegate for review. A security delegate is someone that has been delegated security functions from the 部门主管. This person is mostly responsible for reviewing access requests and authorizing access to various locations within their area of control. 安全代表 should be someone who is familiar with faculty, staff, and students and the 区域 他们可能需要. There can be multiple security delegates for one department. 这个选项 is available so as not to overwhelm any person with additional job functions.

We rely on security delegates to help us keep 区域 safe and secure by making sure the correct people have the correct access to different 区域 on campus.

Keys always need to be returned to the Police Department located at the Bayou Building, B1636. For quick troubleshooting see the following list of common issues and how to address 他们:
